Tasting Notes

A medium-bodied, layered red wine exhibiting fruit and spice nuances with blueberry, violets and peppercorn undertones. Our homegrown Baco Noir has a crisp, balanced cleansing acidity and a pleasant, lingering finish.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with herb seasoned roast rack of lamb or venison or with classic beef prime rib. Superb with spicy beef or pork ribs. Perfect with hearty meat stews. Excellent with medium to strong aged cheeses.
