Las Mulas Cabernet Sauvignon is a certified organic red wine from Miguel Torres' Chilean vineyards. Balanced acidity, supple tannins, and a fine, elegant texture add layers of complexity to this wine. The aromas of coffee, cassis, cedar, and spice complement the palate's ripe fruit and mint flavours.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby in colour; subtle aromas of raspberry and cassis, with notes of mint and spice; dry, with medium body, low acidity and fine-textured, supple tannins; flavours of cassis and raspberry, supported by vanilla, and savoury notes of spice and mint; fruit flavours linger on a lengthy finish.
