Description

The Limited Edition collection comprises varietals carefully chosen from our vineyards. Selected Limited Edition wines are barrel aged for 12 to 18 months in French and American oak, then bottle aged for an additional six months.

Tasting Notes

Blackberry, cassis, cedar and spearmint notes combine with hints of chocolate and oak spice. Firm, balanced tannins provide structure and mouthfeel. Full-bodied with a superb dry and lengthy finish.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with prime rib, Beef Wellington or marinated flank steak. A delicious companion also to grilled rib-eye steak with a mustard crust. Perfect with medium to strong aged cheeses.
