Description

The wine has the deep, spiced, lively nose that is so typical of the vineyard. On the palate, there is voluptuousness here, too, but with a finesse and great depth and expression to the fruit. This is a tannic wine, though, and will require perhaps 12-15 years of cellaring before it begins to reach its peak. Score - (96-99). (Claude Kolm, The Fine Wine Review # 76, 2000)
