Tasting this graceful Barossa Valley shiraz is like stepping into a time machine back to the region in the 1950s or early 1960s. I love the wide array of ripe yet delicate red fruit aromas and the layered fine tannins that give this enormous textural complexity. Tons of subtle spicy notes at the extremely long velvety finish.
