Description

This Riesling-based wine is crafted using late-harvest grapes, allowing more sugar to develop naturally. The resulting wine is sweet and fruity, with candied citrus and baked apple notes. A seam of citrusy acidity helps to balance the palate and emphasize the fresh flavours. It would pair well with peach cobbler.
